About

I am a geek, raised on comic books and science fiction with a love of cool gadgetry and all things Apple. It was comic books that sparked my creativity, but Apple helped evolved that into a career. Starting out in graphic design, I’ve spent my entire career in the creative field.

It was probably my love of technology that slowly pulled me into the process side of the business. I’ve always enjoyed figuring out how things work, and finding out better ways to do things with technology and/or new procedures. Probably, why I like mysteries. Love the old black & white Perry Mason TV shows.

Eventually I packed up my design portfolio and started doing production workflow full-time. Now I concentrate exclusively on the creative workflow process; utilizing my varied experience in educational presentations, print production, marketing, web design, and FileMaker database construction to understand the big picture.

So, after years working in the creative field, it all boils down to process. At least for me.

If you can’t describe what you are doing as a process, you don’t know what you’re doing. — W. Edwards Deming
