Doctor Who Easter Special

Easter. Chocolate bunnies, brightly colored Easter eggs, marshmallow Peeps, jelly beans and of course Doctor Who. Yesterday the BBC released a trailer for the upcoming Easter Special; Planet of the Dead.

The special is scheduled to air on April 11 on the BBC. This continues the countdown for the departure of David Tennant, with three more specials planned. Originally, the majority of the specials were to air in 2009. Now it looks like the next special will not be broadcast until November or Christmas, pushing at least one of the specials into 2010.
